Ian has spent more than 15 years in VP-level roles spanning student success, retention, enrollment management, and student affairs. Driven by the belief that higher education should be a genuine catalyst for personal and community transformation, he brings strategic clarity, organizational insight, and genuine care to every institution he serves.
